I found the staff attentive. They greeted me with warm smiles. the room offered a serene retreat after busy days. The bed was soft and inviting. i enjoyed the complimentary bottled water each day, a small luxury. the breakfast buffet had fresh fruit.

the gym was small! though functional, it felt a bit cramped during peak hours.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

large bathroom separate shower excellent pool thin window noisy traffic missing iron

My room was a great size. It had a sofa and a large bathroom that I really liked. The shower and toilet were in separate spaces. The pool was excellent. I really enjoyed cooling off there after hot afternoons.

The room faced the street. The windows were thin so I could hear traffic clearly. There was no iron in the room. I had to request one. The staff took it after I went out, so I had to call again the next morning when I needed it.

i found the service at breakfast was wonderful. the food was amazing. i would book this hotel again for sure. the staff also very friendly and helpful and assisted me with options on how to travel.

the room was clean. it was a superior double or twin room. the staff were helpful and kind. breakfast had variety. it changed every day, which i liked. i used the pool and cooled off. it was needed after a long day exploring.

the hotel is near main sights. a short drive away is all it takes. the area safe area, near the king's residence. i also found it easy to walk to the river ferry.

The staff offered helpful and friendly service. The facilities were lovely. The location is great for visiting famous sites. Staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast offers a good variety.

Housekeeping could improve. I had to ask for towels to be changed. The tiny soap was not enough. Toilet paper was not enough, and there was no spare toilet paper supplied either.
