i found the staff very helpful. the included hot breakfast had many options and everything tasted fresh (the noodle soup station was my favorite!). the room was clean and the air conditioning worked great.

The staff offered helpful and friendly service. The facilities were lovely. The location is great for visiting famous sites. Staff were very helpful and nice. Breakfast offers a good variety.

Housekeeping could improve. I had to ask for towels to be changed. The tiny soap was not enough. Toilet paper was not enough, and there was no spare toilet paper supplied either.

the check in process was smooth. room 2204 had plenty of seating options. the bathroom was large. the bed was comfy.

the pool was dirty, it was unchlorinated for four days. this made it unusable. breakfast staff were unfriendly and unengaged. the breakfast was poor.
